The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of training technologies on the formation of the need for self-actualization of students of higher education. The essence of self-actualization of the personality and levels of its development are specified in the work; the peculiarities of the formation of the need for self-actualization of students of higher education institutions are revealed; technologies of formation of need for self-actualization of students of higher education institutions are considered; developed and tested psychological and pedagogical training on the formation of the need for self-actualization of students of higher education institutions.
