Проаналізовано правові засади врегулювання конфлікту інтересів в Україні та проаналізовано ефективність інструментарію країн з усталеною демократією. Визначено функції та особливості діяльності антикорупційних органів України та проаналізовано стан корупції в країні. На основі аналізу факторів, що гальмують вироблення ефективної державної політики, спрямованої на запобігання корупції в Україні, та з урахуванням світового досвіду сформульовано механізми запобігання конфлікту інтересів на державній службі. The qualifying work analyzes the theoretical domestic and foreign developments in the field of conflict of interest in the moral, ethical and cultural- historical aspects. The legal basis for resolving conflicts of interest in Ukraine is analyzed and the effectiveness of the tools of countries with established democracies is analyzed. The functions and peculiarities of the activity of anti- corruption bodies of Ukraine are determined and the state of corruption in the country is analyzed. Based on the analysis of the factors that hinder the development of an effective state policy aimed at preventing corruption in Ukraine, and taking into account the world experience, mechanisms for preventing conflicts of interest in the civil service have been formulated. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
