У роботі виявлені резерви для збільшення виробництва молока та запропонував шляхи підвищення ефективності виробництва молока та реалізації молока. Автор підтвердив проект з виробництва конкретного обсягу молока для отримання очікуваного прибутку в молочній галузі досліджуваного сільськогосподарського підприємства. In the qualification work the author considered the theory, method and applied aspects of efficiency management of agricultural enterprises. The dynamics of production efficiency and indicators of economic activity of the limited liability company activities STOV XXXare analyzed. The paper identifies reserves for increasing milk production and suggested ways to increase the efficiency of milk production and sale of milk.
