Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління підсобною промисловою діяльністю у сільськогосподарському підприємстві в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність техніко-технологічних та організаційно-економічних складових управління внутрішньогосподарською переробкою зерна пшениці на борошно у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо управління ефективною підсобною промисловою та комерційною діяльністю у конкретному сільськогосподарському підприємстві з урахуванням ресурсних можливостей господарства та стану ринкової кон’юнктури у регіоні. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління підсобною промисловою діяльністю у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика сільськогосподарського кооперативу «Авангард» – об’єкта досліджень. У третьому розділі на прикладі внутрішньогосподарської переробки зерна пшениці на борошно розробляються практичні рекомендації щодо управління підсобною промисловою та комерційною діяльністю у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи The main purpose of the qualification (master’s) work is development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations for managing the development of auxiliary industrial activity in an agricultural enterprise. The object of research is the process of managing auxiliary industrial activities in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of instability of the external environment. The subject of research is a set of technical-technological and organizational-economic components of management of intra-farm processing of wheat grain into flour in an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in complex theoretical justification and the development of practical recommendations for the management of effective auxiliary industrial and commercial activities in a specific agricultural enterprise, taking into account the resource capabilities of the farm and the state of the market environment in the region. In the qualifying master’s thesis: In the first section the theoretical foundations of the management of auxiliary industrial activities in the agricultural enterprise are being worked out. In the second section the organizational and economic characteristics of the agricultural cooperative «Avangard» – the object of research – are being conducted. In the third section on the example of intra-farm processing of wheat grain into flour, practical recommendations are developed for the management of ancillary industrial and commercial activities in an agricultural enterprise.
