Об’єктом дослідження є соціально-психологічні методи публічного управління та адміністрування. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методологічних i практичних засад соціальних і психологічних методів публічного управління та адміністрування. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає: доповнені характеристики психологічних та морально-етичних аспектів, особливостей діяльності представників публічної служби; розвинуто теоретико-методичні положення психології публічного управління та адміністрування; удосконалено модель з розвитку організаційної культури, формуванню іміджу представників публічного управління. The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to develop proposals for improving the socio-psychological methods of public management and administration. The object of study is socio-psychological methods of public management and administration. The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of social and psychological methods of public management and administration. The scientific novelty of the results of the work is: the characteristics of psychological and moral and ethical aspects, peculiarities of the activity of representatives of the public service are supplemented; the theoretical and methodological provisions of the psychology of public management and administration are developed; the model for the development of organizational culture, the formation of the image of representatives of public administration is improved. In the qualification (master's) work: The first section outlines the theoretical and practical foundations of the psychology of public management and administration. The second section describes the psychological and moral and ethical aspects, features of the activities of representatives of the public service. The third section substantiates proposals for the development of organizational culture, prevention of stress and professional burnout of public servants, the formation of the image of representatives of public administration.
