В базі даних NCBI знайдено 20 послідовностей ортологів гена Rht1 у геномах 12 видів злакових, в тому числі в геномі жита, де вона раніше не була описана. Встановлено, що лише послідовність у геномі B Triticum turgidum належить напівкарликовому алелю Rht-B1b, але потенційно така мутація можлива в усіх послідовностях. Знайдено консервативний регіон довжиною 123 амінокислоти у функціональному домені GRAS. Відповідна нуклеотидна послідовність має майже виключно синонімічні заміни. Розроблено універсальні праймери для ПЛР, що можуть бути використані для дослідження малопоширених видів. Для проаналізованих видів побудовано філогенетичне дерево методом найближчого сусіда та розраховані генетичні дистанції. The results of the analysis of the Rht1 gene of wheat and other cereals are presented. In the NCBI database, 20 sequences of orthologs of the Rht1 gene were found in the genomes of 12 cereal species, including in the genome of rye, where it had not been previously described. It was established that only the sequence in the B genome of Triticum turgidum belongs to the semi-dwarf Rht-B1b allele, but potentially such mutation is possible in all sequences. A conserved region with a length of 123 amino acids was found in the GRAS functional domain. The corresponding nucleotide sequence has almost exclusively synonymous substitutions. Universal PCR primers have been developed that can be used for the study of uncommon species. For the analyzed species, a phylogenetic tree was constructed using the neighbor joining method and genetic distances were calculated. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
