Об'єкт дослідження є система стратегічної направленості управління якістю і конкурентоспроможності виробництва продукції рослинництва. Предмет дослідження є розробка практичних рекомендацій із вдосконалення управління конкурентоспроможності та ефективності виробничої діяльності підприємства та розрахунки технологічних карт, для виявлення більш раціонального використання техніки та ресурсів. Наукова новизна результатів досліджень заключається в дослідженні теоретико-методологічної складової процесу управління якістю і конкурентоспроможністю виробництва на підприємствах. А саме удосконалено процеси побудови конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Набуло подальшого розвитку встановлення, що інноваційна активність є одним з основних показників конкурентоспроможності виробництва продукції і рекомендації щодо внутрішніх конкурентних переваги виробництва продукції рослинництва на підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній роботі розкриваються проблеми низького рівня організації виробництва, праці, якості продукції, контроль і взаємодія між підприємствами, що виробляють, переробляють і транспортують продукцію. Розроблено методичні та практичні положення щодо системи управління якістю, структурування та вибір напрямків для покращення управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства, на основі аналізу ефективності впровадження системи управління якістю на конкретному підприємстві. Наголошуємо на необхідності впровадження ресурсозберігаючих технологій та розвитку, інструменти стратегічного управління, прогнозування, оптимізації та вдосконалення ресурсу використання сільськогосподарських підприємств. The purpose of the study is to find ways of strategic direction to increase the quality and competitiveness of plant production at the enterprise. The object of the study is a system of strategic direction of quality management and competitiveness of crop production. The subject of the study is the development of practical recommendations for improving the management of the competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise's production activity and the calculation of technological maps to identify a more rational use of equipment and resources. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the study of the theoretical and methodological component of the process of managing the quality and competitiveness of production at enterprises. Namely, the processes of building the company's competitiveness have been improved. The establishment that innovative activity is one of the main indicators of the competitiveness of product production and recommendations regarding the internal competitive advantages of production of crop production at the enterprise gained further development. The qualifying work reveals the problems of low-level organization of production, labor, product quality, control and interaction between enterprises that produce, process and transport products. Methodical and practical provisions on the quality management system, structuring and selection of directions for improving the management of the enterprise's competitiveness have been developed, based on the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management system at a specific enterprise.
