Проаналізовано склад і структуру фінансових ресурсів досліджуваного підприємства, визначення їх потреби, ефективність використання і організацію управління; встановлено існуючі недоліки. Доведено, що фінансові ресурси підприємств забезпечують їх безперебійну фінансово-господарську діяльність і забезпечують отримання прибутку. На основі аналізу основних показників діяльності агрофірми були зроблені відповідні розрахунки і висновки. Намічені шляхи поліпшення процесу формування фінансових ресурсів за рахунок власних і залучених джерел та визначені заходи з підвищення ефективності їх використання на підприємстві. Розглянуто теоретичні та методичні аспекти застосування різних підходів до формування фінансових ресурсів, використання яких дозволить удосконалити цей процес. Було з’ясовано, які проблеми існують при використанні позичених коштів та намічені основні шляхи їх вирішення. In the qualification work, the economic essence of financial resources is clarified, financial resources are classified according to various characteristics, the sources of formation of financial resources and indicators of the effectiveness of their use are determined. The composition and structure of financial resources of the studied enterprise, determination of their needs, efficiency of Use and organization of management are analyzed; existing shortcomings are established. It is proved that the financial resources of enterprises ensure their uninterrupted financial and economic activities and ensure profit. Based on the analysis of the main performance indicators of the agricultural firm, appropriate calculations and conclusions were made. Ways to improve the process of forming financial resources at the expense of own and attracted sources are outlined, and measures are defined to improve the efficiency of their use at the enterprise. Theoretical and methodological aspects of applying various approaches to the formation of financial resources, the use of which will improve this process, are considered.
