Узагальнено наукові положення сутності, місця і ролі мотивації в управлінні готельно-ресторанним підприємством, визначено мотиваційний механізм управління підприємством, узагальнено методику його формування та аналізу, систематизовано сучасні форми і методи мотивації діяльності персоналу. Проаналізовано мотиваційний механізм управління діяльністю ресторанного підприємства; виявлено особистісні мотиви його персоналу; розроблено рекомендації щодо удосконалення мотиваційного механізму управління готельно-ресторанним підприємством. The paper considers the theoretical and applied aspects of the motivational management of a restaurant enterprise. The scientific provisions of the essence, place and role of motivation in the management of a hotel and restaurant enterprise are summarized, the motivational mechanism of enterprise management is determined, the methodology for its formation and analysis is generalized, and modern forms and methods of motivating personnel activities are systematized. The motivational mechanism for managing the activities of a restaurant enterprise is analyzed; revealed the personal motives of its staff; recommendations have been developed for improving the motivational mechanism for managing a hotel and restaurant enterprise. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
