Об’єктом дослідження є соціально-психологічна підсистема управління організацією. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методологічних i практичних засад соціальних і психологічних методів управління організацією. Наукова новизна результатів роботи: доповнено теоретико-методологічні аспекти соціально-психологічного забезпечення процесу управління організацією; розвинуто теоретичні положення щодо ролі керівництва у створенні та розвитку соціально-психологічної підсистеми організації; визначено напрями з соціально-психологічного забезпечення процесу управління організацією в публічній сфері. The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to provide proposals for the socio-psychological support of the organization management process in the public sphere. The object of study is the socio-psychological subsystem of organization management. The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of social and psychological methods of organization management. Scientific novelty of the work results: theoretical and methodological aspects of social and psychological support of the organization management process are supplemented; theoretical provisions on the role of management in the creation and development of the social and psychological subsystem of the organization are developed; directions for social and psychological support of the organization management process in the public sphere are determined. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
