Виходячи з поставленої мети, доцільно виконати задачі: розглянути теоретичні підходи до системи управління персоналом на туристичному підприємстві; проаналізувати діяльність туристичного підприємства «Anri fest»; зробити оцінку системи управління персоналом туристичного підприємства «Anri fest»; розробити рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління персоналом туристичної фірми «Anri fest». Actuality of theme. The personnel of the organization is the most important component of the effectiveness of its activities. However, a large number of companies and organizations do not pay due attention to personnel management, considering personnel as an auxiliary component. This is a mistake because people are at least part of the enterprise and increasingly part of the final product for which the organization receives money from the customer. The purpose of the qualifying thesis is to develop recommendations for improving the personnel management system of the tourist company "Anri fest" based on the study of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the operation of the enterprise.
