Об’єктом дослідження є формування, розробка та реалізація державної політики інноваційного розвитку агропромислового виробництва. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, нормативно-правові і методичні засади формування та реалізації державної політики інноваційного розвитку агропромислового виробництва, визначення способів підвищення її ефективності. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає в узагальненні науково методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності реалізації державної політики інноваційного розвитку агропромислового виробництва України на основі удосконалення розподілу повноважень та взаємодії між органами управління національною інноваційною системою. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі основний зміст викладений в трьох розділах. У першому розділі розкриваються сутність і принципи державної інноваційної політики, дається оцінка досягнутого рівня інноваційної спроможності України та досвід розвинутих країн у формуванні державної інноваційної політики. У другому розділі розкриті особливості розвитку агропромислового виробництва в Україні та роль державного регулювання в ньому. У третьому розділі розкриваються елементи перспективної моделі державного регулювання інноваційного розвитку АПВ України. Висновки викладені на 3 сторінках і містять пропозиції щодо удосконалення державної політики в сфері інноваційного розвитку АПВ. The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to systematize the theoretical provisions and substantiation of practical recommendations for the formation, development and implementation of state policy of innovative development in the agro industrial sector. The object of research is the formation, development and implementation of state policy of innovative development of agro-industrial production. The subject of the study is the theoretical, regulatory and methodological foundations of the formation and implementation of the state policy of innovative development of agro-industrial production, determining ways to improve its effectiveness. The scientific novelty of the results of the work lies in the generalization of scientific and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the implementation of the state policy of innovative development of agro industrial production of Ukraine on the basis of improving the distribution of powers and interaction between the management bodies of the national innovation system. In the qualification (master's) work the main content is presented in three sections. The first section reveals the essence and principles of state innovation policy, assesses the achieved level of innovation capacity of Ukraine and the experience of developed countries in the formation of state innovation policy The second section describes the peculiarities of the development of agro-industrial production in Ukraine and the role of state regulation in it. The third section reveals the elements of a promising model of state regulation of innovative development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine.
