A strategy of development of innovative services of enterprise of hotel and restaurant business of Kharkiv Region was developed. Relevancy of the chosen topic was justified. scientific and analitical review of information sources and regulatory materials regarding the topic was conducted. The market for services of enterprises of hotel and restaurant business of Kharkiv Region was researched. A strategy of development of innovative service by evaluating the impact of factors of the environment of enterprise and researching the loyalty level of costumers was developed.
