Розкрито економічну сутність фінансових ресурсів підприємства та принципи їх формування і використання. Надано класифікацію видів та джерел фінансових ресурсів за багатокритеріальним підходом. Розглянуто теоретичні підходи до формування структури капіталу та політики управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств на засадах системного підходу. Надано оцінку фінансової структури джерел формування та ефективності використання власних і позикових фінансових ресурсів підприємства торгівлі. Проведено аналіз рентабельності використання власних та позикових фінансових ресурсів та визначено середньозважену вартість капіталу підприємства торгівлі. Надано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємства торгівлі на основі оптимізації структури капіталу з метою зниження її фінансового ризику в процесі формування фінансових ресурсів з власних та позикових джерел. Побудовано економетричну модель взаємозв’язку показників ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами від чинників, що на них вплинули, в процесі фінансово-господарської діяльності торговельного підприємства за період 2020-2021 рр., здійснено її апробацію. Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у розробці теоретичних положень, удосконаленні методичного інструментарію, наданні висновків та пропозицій, які дозволять підвищити ефективність управління фінансовими ресурсами торговельних підприємств на усіх етапах обороту капіталу в процесі розширеного відтворення. It is proved theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of management by financial resources of trading enterprises. The economic essence of financial resources of the enterprise and principles their formation and use is opened. Classification of kinds and sources of financial resources for the approach is given. Theoretical approaches to formation of structure of the capital and a policy of management by financial resources of the enterprises on the basis of the system approach are considered. The estimation of financial structure of sources of formation and efficiency of use of own and extra financial resources of a trading enterprise is given. The analysis of profitability of use of own and extra financial resources is carried out and the average cost of the capital of a trading enterprise is defined. It is given the recommendation concerning increase of a management efficiency by financial resources of a trading enterprise on the basis of optimization of structure of the capital for the purpose of decrease in its financial risk in the course of formation of financial resources from own and extra sources. It is constructed model of interrelation of indicators of a management efficiency by financial resources from factors which have affected them, in the course of financial and economic activity of trade enterprise during 2020-2021, it is carried out its approbation.
