Визначені завдання, складові та функції системи державного управління освітою. Проаналізовано наявний рівень інформаційно-цифрового забезпечення системи державного управління освітою в Україні. Досліджено застосування сучасних методів та механізмів функціонування електронного управління освітньої галуззю. Розглянуто нормативно-правове забезпечення цифрового освітнього простору та електронної освітньої трансформації в Україні. Проаналізовано актуальний закордонний досвід у сфері моделювання системи управління освітою на державному та регіональному рівнях. Відстежено тенденції державної політики у сфері цифровізації освіти. Визначено інноваційні засоби модернізації освітнього галузі, запропоновано шляхи подальшого розвитку інформаційно-цифрового простору системи публічного управління та адміністрування України в умовах воєнного стану. The content of theoretical concepts on the topic of the research is disclosed in the qualification work. The tasks, components and functions of the state education management system are defined. The existing level of information and digital support of the state education management system in Ukraine is analyzed. The application of modern methods and mechanisms of the functioning of electronic management of the educational sector has been studied. The normative and legal provision of the digital educational space and electronic educational transformation in Ukraine is considered. Current foreign experience in the field of modeling the education management system at the state and regional levels is analyzed. The trends of state policy in the field of digitization of education were monitored.
