Об’єктом дослідження є державна регуляторна політика формування та розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційного потенціалу національної економіки. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні засади формування та використання інноваційно-інвестиційного потенціалу національної економіки. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у: – визначенні змісту державної інноваційно-інвестиційної політики, який, на відміну від інших, враховує виклики і вимоги короткострокового та довгострокового періоду, описує її як процесуальну цілісність, дозволяє визначити вимоги до розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційної політики держави; – запропонованій багатокритеріальній систематизації інновацій, яка за рахунок масштабу та сфери виникнення інноваційного ефекту, дозволяє визначити властивості інноваційних продуктів, оцінити роль інновацій в сучасному відтворювальному процесі; – запропонованому способі визначення заходів інноваційно-інвестиційної політики держави, спрямованих на створення умов для стабілізації та поступового зростання національної економіки на засадах ефективного використання інноваційно-інвестиційного потенціалу. The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is the study of theoretical foundations and the development of practical recommendations for improving the state policy of forming the innovation and investment potential of the national economy. The object of the study is the state regulatory policy of formation and development of innovation and investment potential of the national economy. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of the formation and use of innovation and investment potential of the national economy. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in: – determining the content of the state innovation and investment policy, which, unlike others, takes into account the challenges and requirements of the short and long term, describes it as procedural integrity, allows to determine the requirements for the development of innovation and investment policy of the state; – the proposed multicriterial systematization of innovations, which, due to the scale and scope of the innovative effect, allows you to determine the properties of innovative products, assess the role of innovation in the modern reproductive process; – the proposed method of determining the measures of innovation and investment policy of the state aimed at creating conditions for stabilization and gradual growth of the national economy on the basis of effective use of innovation and investment potential.
