The purpose is to determination of ways to improve the Personnel Training Management of the enterprise under study. The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data, expert estimates. Background of this thesis is that the processes that take place in Ukraine require a significant increase in the competence and overall educational and cultural level of workers at all levels and cause the need to expand the educational space. During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of the Personnel Training Management of the enterprise. Based on the theoretical material was analyzed by activities of «ALAMAC», LLC and suggested ways of improvement the Personnel Training Management in this company. The specifics character of the paper consists in the fact that the results may be used in practice of management of production and trading company «ALAMAC», LLC and improve the activities of the domestic enterprises.
