The purpose is research of theoretical aspects of the choice and improvement of the structure of enterprise management, analysis of the current structure of management of the object of study and providing recommendations for its improvement. The research methods: descriptive, comparative, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance, a method of statistical analysis, grouping and summarizing data, expert estimates. Background of this thesis is determined by the fact that issues of formation of organizational structures of management for business activities are not yet sufficiently resolved and require special attention. During the execution of the thesis we were considered the theoretical foundations of the Organizational Structure of Management of enterprises. Based on the theoretical material was analyzed the activities of the Tort, LLC and suggested ways of improving of Organizational Structure of Management in this company. The specifics character of the paper consists in the fact that the results may be used in the practice of the Tort, LLC and will contribute to improvement of activity of domestic enterprises. Метою роботи є дослідження теоретичних аспектів вибору та вдосконалення структури управління підприємством, проведення аналізу діючої структури управління об'єкту дослідження і надання рекомендацій з її вдосконалення. Методи дослідження – описовий, порівняльний, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий, метод статистичного аналізу, групування та узагальнення даних, експертних оцінок. Актуальність теми даної кваліфікаційної роботи визначається тим, що питання формування організаційних структур управління для підприємницької діяльності ще не досить вирішені і вимагають до себе підвищеної уваги. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи формування організаційної структури управління підприємством. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ТОВ «Торт» та запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення організаційної структури управління досліджуваного підприємства. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ТОВ «Торт» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-10 Close
