OBJECTIVE: To study the current status and development prospects of the Ukrainian hotel and restaurant industry in the modern era. The object of the research is the hotel and restaurant industry in Ukraine. The object of the research is a theoretical and methodological approach to the realization of promising and modern directions of development of the hotel and restaurant industry.
