Recently veterinary medicine doctors have had difficulties in fast differential diagnosis of various diseases of the mammary gland of small domestic animals, namely tumors, mastitis and mastopathy. For the most correct choice of the method of treatment of these pathologies, morphological verification of the diagnosis becomes necessary; therefore the efforts of veterinarians should be directed to the improvement of methods, that allow obtaining material for histological and cytological research. Early detection of especially malignant neoplasms, precancerous changes and high risk groups of animals with the help of pathocytological method of investigation will allow to reduce the detection of progressive forms of breast pathologies in animals and obtain necessary data for the choice of therapy methods. In addition, the study of the pathohistological characteristics of regional lymph nodes in experimental animals with the development of mammary neoplasia will allow to establish the likely pathways of metastasis and choose a place for a diagnostic puncture. 6 The purpose of the qualification work. To develop clinical and pathological diagnosis of various pathologies of the mammary gland of dogs and cats. Tasks: 1. Perform the clinical and pathological characteristics, prevalence of cases of mastitis, mastopathy and mammary tumors of dogs and cats. 2. Determine the cytological and pathohistological features of various pathologies of the mammary gland of dogs and cats. 3. Determine the nature of changes in regional lymph nodes and changes in lymphatic drainage processes in neoplasia of the mammary gland of dogs and cats. Object of study: mammary gland of dogs and cats. Subject of the study: mastitis, mammary gland neoplasia. Theoretical and practical significance of the results. The obtained results can be used in practical veterinary medicine for differential diagnosis of different types of mammary gland pathology. Approbation. The data presented in the master's thesis were discussed during scientific discussions with practicing veterinarians, during meetings of the Department of Normal and Pathological Morphology. The recommendations for the diagnosis of mammary gland pathologies in dogs and cats, presented in the work, are used in practice. Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Представлені у роботі данні дозволяють покращити методи діагностики різних патологій молочної залози дрібних тварин. На цей час, у ветеринарних лікарів виникають проблеми саме у диференціації цих патологій відповідно до оновленої класифікації неоплазій. Крім того, вивчення патогістологічної характеристики регіонарних лімфовузлів у тварин з розвитком неоплазії молочної залози дозволить встановити ймовірні шляхи метастазування та вибрати місце для діагностичної пункції. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи: визначити особливості клініко патоморфологічної характеристики різних патологій молочної залози собак і котів. Завдання: 1. Виконати клініко-патоморфологічну характеристику, поширеність випадків маститу, мастопатії та пухлин молочної залози собак і котів. 2. Визначити цитологічні та патогістологічні особливості різних патологій молочної залози собак і кішок. 3. Визначити характер змін регіонарних лімфатичних вузлів та змін процесів лімфодренажу при неоплазії молочної залози собак і кішок. Об'єкт дослідження: молочна залоза собак і котів. Предмет дослідження: мастит, новоутворення молочної залози, мастопатія Теоретичне та практичне значення отриманих результатів .Отримані результати можуть бути використані в практичній ветеринарії для диференціальної діагностики різних видів патології молочної залози. Апробація. Дані, викладені в магістерській роботі були обговорені під час наукових дискусій з практикуючими ветеринарними лікарями. Викладені в роботі дані щодо діагностики патологій молочної залози у собак і кішок використовуються на практиці. Додано в НРАТ 2025-11-21 Закрити
