Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є виробнича структура аграрного підприємства. Предметом є методи удосконалення виробничої структури з метою підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Науковою новизною даного дослідження є розробка методів удосконалення виробничої структури аграрного підприємства, зокрема з використанням сучасних інформаційних технологій та методів управління, які забезпечують підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Дослідження включає аналіз проблем, що виникають при функціонуванні виробничої структури аграрного підприємства, і розробку нових методів, які дозволяють підприємству підвищувати ефективність використання ресурсів та досягати більшого успіху на ринку. Дослідження показало, що впровадження запропонованих методів удосконалення виробничої структури дозволить підвищити ефективність виробничих процесів, зменшити витрати на виробництво та збільшити прибуток аграрного підприємства. Отже, результати даного дослідження можуть бути корисними для керівників та фахівців аграрних підприємств, які мають на меті підвищення ефективності виробничих процесів та оптимізацію виробничої структури The purpose of the qualification work is to study and develop methods of improving the production structure of an agricultural enterprise in order to increase the efficiency of its activity. The object of the qualification work is the production structure of the agricultural enterprise. The subject is methods of improving the production structure in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of this study is the development of methods for improving the production structure of an agrarian enterprise, in particular, using modern information technologies and management methods that ensure the improvement of the efficiency of the enterprise. The research includes the analysis of problems that arise during the functioning of the production structure of an agricultural enterprise, and the development of new methods that allow the enterprise to increase the efficiency of the use of resources and achieve greater success in the market. The study showed that the implementation of the proposed methods of improving the production structure will increase the efficiency of production processes, reduce production costs and increase the profit of an agricultural enterprise.
