Об’єктом дослідження в кваліфікаційній роботі є конкурентоздатність підприємств ресторанного господарства. Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення міжнародної конкурентоспроможністю. Методи дослідження, які були застосовані в роботі: – проаналізовано основні показники конкурентоздатності підприємства. Це дало змогу, визначити слабкі сторони на підприємстві та визначити шляхи їх подолання; – запропонована методика оцінки конкурентного статусу підприємства. Це дозволить збільшити показники експорту. The relevance of the topic of the qualification work is determined by the situation and the set of problems faced by the enterprises of the restaurant industry. The object of research in the qualification work is the competitiveness of restaurant enterprises. The subject of the research of the qualification work is the definition of international competitiveness. Research methods used in the work: – the main indicators of the enterprise's competitiveness were analyzed. This made it possible to identify weaknesses in the enterprise and determine ways to overcome them; – the method of assessing the competitive status of the enterprise is proposed.
