Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є процес управління і підвищення ефективності виробництва продукції соняшника на підприємстві. Предметом є процес аналізу управління і підвищення ефективності виробництва продукції соняшника на підприємстві. Наукова новизна дослідження заключається в розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення організації та ведення рослинництва в повоєнних умовах господарювання, а також розширення важливості дослідження застосованих технологій виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції та їх вплив на навколишнє середовище. В результаті дослідження проведено теоретично методичне опрацювання літературних джерел щодо актуальності вирощувати екологічно чисту продукцію, а також як впливають воєнні дії на економіку країни. Проведено аналіз ефективності організації та управління рослинництвом на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки України; досліджено проблеми, окреслено перспективи розвитку галузі рослинництва, запропоновано рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи управління сільським господарством з урахуванням сучасних економічних умов The purpose of the qualification work is a theoretical and methodical study of the process of management and production of sunflower at the enterprise, as well as ways of its improvement. The object of the qualification work is the management process and improvement of the production efficiency of sunflower products at the enterprise. The subject is the process of analyzing management and improving the efficiency of production of sunflower products at the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development of recommendations for improving the organization and management of crop production in post-war economic conditions, as well as expanding the importance of research into the applied technologies for the production of agricultural products and their impact on the environment. As a result of the research, a theoretical and methodical study of literary sources was carried out regarding the relevance of growing ecologically clean products, as well as how military operations affect the country's economy. An analysis of the effectiveness of the organization and management of crop production at the current stage of development of the economy of Ukraine was carried out; the problems were investigated, the prospects for the development of the field of crop production were outlined, and recommendations were offered for improving the agricultural management system, taking into account modern economic conditions. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
