Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення стилю керівництва. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні підходи до застосу вання ефективного стилю керівництва та методів управління. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретич ному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо основних на прямів, на які необхідно звернути увагу керівнику з метою ефективного вико ристання стилю керівництва та необхідність доповнення організаційно-розпо рядчих та економічних методів соціально-психологічними методам. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспе кти стилю керівництва та соціально-психологічних методів управління; у дру гому розділі надано організаційно-економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства; проведено оцінку ефективності стилю керівництва керівника торговельного підприємства та обґрунтовано напрями його удосконалення. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The main goal of the qualification work is theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for improving the management style and socio psychological management methods. The object of research is the process of improving the leadership style. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodical approaches to the application of an effective leadership style and management methods. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the complex theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations regarding the main directions to which the manager needs to pay attention in order to effectively use the leadership style and the need to complement organizational administrative and economic methods with social-psychological methods. In the qualification work: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the management style and social-psychological management methods; the second section provides the organizational and economic characteristics of the trading enterprise; assessment of the effectiveness of the management style of the head of the trade enterprise and justification of directions for its improvement.
