У ході дослідження розглядалися аспекти організації праці в системі управління готельно ресторанним бізнесом у сучасних умовах, їхні особливості та вплив клієнтоорієнтованого підходу на удосконалення працевлаштування в цій галузі. Аналізувалася виробничо-господарська, організаційно-економічна та фінансова діяльність розглянутого готельно-ресторанного комплексу. З метою удосконалення організації праці у готельно-ресторанному комплексі запропоновано впровадити систему мотиваційного моніторингу та сучасні методи відбору персоналу, надано практичні рекомендації щодо покращення якості обслуговування у готелі. Практична значимість роботи. Результати проведеного дослідження створюють основу для подальших досліджень й практичного вирішення проблеми організації праці на підприємствах готельно-ресторанного господарства в умовах реформування економіки за допомогою використання інноваційних підходів, засобів й методів і можуть бути використані готельно-ресторанним комплексому процесі покращення його кадрової й управлінської політики. The master's thesis is focused on the study of the possibilities of improving the organization of work in the hotel and restaurant industry in the conditions of economic reforms. In the course of the study, the aspects of labor organization in the management system of the hotel and restaurant business in modern conditions, their features and the impact of a client oriented approach on improving employment in this field were considered. The production economic, organizational-economic and financial activity of the considered hotel-restaurant complex was analyzed. In order to improve the organization of work in the hotel-restaurant complex, it is proposed to introduce a system of motivational monitoring and modern methods of personnel selection, and practical recommendations are given to improve the quality of service in the hotel. Practical significance of the work. The results of the conducted research create a basis for further research and a practical solution to the problem of labor organization at hotel and restaurant enterprises in the conditions of economic reform with the use of innovative approaches, means and methods and can be used by the hotel and restaurant complex process of improving its personnel and management policy. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
