Об’єктом дослідження є процес забезпечення регіонального розвитку. Предметом дослідження є процес забезпечення здійснення публічної політики у сфері формування трудового потенціалу. У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи публічної політики у сфері формування трудового потенціалу Полтавського району Полтавської області. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан та тенденції формування трудового потенціалу регіону. У третьому розділі запропоновано напрями удосконалення публічної політики у сфері формування трудового потенціалу регіону. Теоретична та практична значимість дослідження полягає в можливості використання теоретичних положень, рекомендацій та висновків, викладених у роботі органами публічної влади, суб’єктами господарювання в процесі формування та реалізації публічної політики у сфері формування трудового потенціалу регіонів, при розробці законодавчих актів, а також у навчальному процесі слухачів при вивченні питань участі держави під час регулювання розвитку регіонів на засадах забезпечення зростання доходів та зайнятості населення, підвищення комфорту життєдіяльності мешканців усіх території країни. The main goal of the qualification (master's) thesis is to substantiate the theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations regarding the implementation of public policy in the formation of the labor potential of the Poltava region. The object of the study is the process of ensuring regional development. The subject of the study is the process of ensuring the implementation of public policy in the field of labor potential formation. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of public policy in the field of formation of the labor potential of the Poltava district of the Poltava region are investigated. The second chapter analyzes the state and trends in the formation of the labor potential of the region. In the third section, directions for improving public policy in the field of formation of the labor potential of the region are proposed. The theoretical and practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the theoretical provisions, recommendations and conclusions presented in the work of public authorities, economic entities in the process of forming and implementing public policy in the field of forming the labor potential of regions, in the development of legislative acts, as well as in educational the process of the listeners when studying issues of state participation in regulating the development of regions on the basis of ensuring the growth of incomes and employment of the population, increasing the comfort of life of residents of all territories of the country. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
