Підвищення рівня ефективності виробництва зерна озимої пшениці є найважливішим завданням, розв’язання якого повинно здійснюватися не тільки на державному, але й на регіональному рівнях, де вирішуються питання забезпечення населення продуктами харчування. Winter wheat is the basic product for guaranteeing the country's food security, an important factor in creating a high level of material well-being of the Ukrainian people. Increasing the level of efficiency of winter wheat grain production is the most important task, the solution of which should be carried out not only at the state level, but also at the regional level, where issues of providing the population with food products are resolved.
