Також метою даної роботи є виявити основні проблеми розвитку ефективності галузі рослинництва та обґрунтувати пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності її функціонування. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є процес якісного та ефективного управління рослинництвом на підприємстві. Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи є методологічні, теоретичні та практичні проблеми ефективності виробництва продукції рослинництва у ПрАТ ‘’Зміївська овочева фабрика’’. Науковою новизною роботи є визначення перспектив розвитку, обґрунтування алгоритму прогнозної оцінки дохідності сільськогосподарських підприємств та економічного механізму стосовно забезпечення підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств. На базі отриманих результатів було надано засоби удосконалення системи ефективного управління рослинництвом та визначено сучасні напрями удосконалення системи управління на підприємстві, а саме поліпшення використання землі; підвищення родючості грунту; впровадження комплексної механізації та автоматизації виробництва; раціональне використання трудових ресурсів та виробничих запасів тощо. Для того, щоб використати резерви збільшення виробництва зернових культур за рахунок збору врожаю в оптимальні строки необхідно якомога менше зменшити простої машинних агрегатів за багатьма причинами, раціонально організувати робочі місця, правильно визначити співвідношення площ для збирання врожаю роздільним способом і прямим комбайнуванням. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the current state and determine further prospects for the development of the efficiency of enterprises. Also, the purpose of this work is to identify the main problems of the development of the efficiency of the crop production industry and to justify proposals for improving the efficiency of its operation. The object of the qualification work is the process of effective plant management at the enterprise. The subject of the qualification work is methodological, theoretical and practical problems of the efficiency of the production of plant products in a private agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work is the determination of development prospects, the substantiation of the algorithm for the predictive assessment of the profitability of agricultural enterprises and the economic mechanism for ensuring the improvement of the efficiency of the enterprises. On the basis of the obtained results, the means of improving the system of effective crop production management were provided, and modern directions for improving the management system at the enterprise were determined, namely improvement of land use; increasing soil fertility; implementation of complex mechanization and automation of production; rational use of labor resources and production stocks, etc. In order to use the reserves to increase the production of grain crops due to harvesting at the optimal time, it is necessary to reduce the downtime of machine units as little as possible for many reasons, to rationally organize workplaces, to correctly determine the ratio of areas for harvesting by separate method and direct combining. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
