Також було проаналізовано ресурсний потенціал та уже існуючу систему мотивації на підприємстві для того, щоб удосконалити її. Розроблено шляхи підвищення ефективності мотивації в організації. Був зроблений висновок, що підвищення інноваційної діяльності та ефективне управління підприємством за рахунок мотивації та стимулювання персоналу є актуальним і важливим питанням, яке вимагає подальшого розвитку та дослідження. Іn the thesis the bases of motivation, the mechanism of personnel management at the enterprise are considered. The resource potential and the existing system of motivation at the enterprise were also analyzed in order to improve it. Ways to increase the effectiveness of motivation in the organization have been developed.
