Удосконалено трактування фінансового потенціалу підприємства; набуло подальшого розвитку методичний підхід щодо оцінки фінансового потенціалу підприємства, заснований на методах ретроспективного та перспективного аналізу, та доповненого якісними факторами впливу; набули подальшого розвитку пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління фінансовими можливостями підприємства, які ґрунтується на впровадженні заходів, пов’язаних з підвищенням ефективності фінансових ресурсів та вдосконаленням методів фінансової діяльності. In the qualifying work, the author considered the theoretical foundations of managing the financial potential of the enterprise in the conditions of digitalization of business, revealed the essence of the key definitions of the subject-object field of research: "financial potential", "financial resources" and "financial opportunities", as well as approaches to their assessment and management; modern methods of diagnosing the financial potential of the enterprise in the context of managing financial resources were studied; outlined features of managing the financial potential of the enterprise in modern conditions of military rule; measures have been developed to intensify the management of the company's financial capabilities; recommendations for the development of the financial potential of the enterprise in the conditions of digitalization are proposed and substantiated. The interpretation of the financial potential of the enterprise has been improved; the methodical approach to the assessment of the financial potential of the enterprise, based on the methods of retrospective and prospective analysis, and supplemented by qualitative factors of influence, has gained further development; received further development of proposals for improving the management of the company's financial capabilities, which is based on the implementation of measures related to increasing the efficiency of financial resources and improving the methods of financial activity.
