Об'єктом дослідження є розробка системи мотивації на туристичному підприємстві, предмет дослідження - методи, які впливають на мотивацію співробітника. Метою дипломної роботи є проведення теоретико-методичного дослідження різних систем мотивації, рекомендації з впровадження динамічної системи мотивації для мотивування співробітників туристичної фірми «Пролісок Тур». У першому розділі було визначено суть і значення процесу мотивації; досліджено основні принципи та методи мотивування праці та проаналізовані особливості мотивації персоналу у сфері туризму. У другому розділі дипломної роботи було зроблено аналіз внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища туристичного агентства, завдяки якому було визначено сильні і слабкі сторони агентства; також було обрано декілька видів мотивації, за допомогою яких сформувалися пропозиції, щодо розробки системи мотивації на підприємстві. Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: досліджено сутність мотивації: теоретичні аспекти взаємозв’язку мотивації та туризму; вивчено види та рівні мотивації; виявлено проблеми мотивацій працівників туристичної фірми; проаналізовано сучасні теорії мотивацій. The main program of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the study of the motivation system at tourist enterprises. The object of the study is the development of a motivation system at a tourist enterprise, the subject of the study is the methods that influence employee motivation. The method of the diploma thesis is to conduct a theoretical and methodological study of various motivation systems, recommendations for the implementation of a dynamic motivation system for motivating employees of the tourist company "Prolisok Tour". In the first chapter, the essence and meaning of the motivation process was defined; the main principles and methods of work motivation were studied and the peculiarities of personnel motivation in the field of tourism were analyzed. In the second chapter of the thesis, an analysis of the internal and external environment of the travel agency was made, thanks to which the strengths and weaknesses of the agency were determined; several types of motivation were also selected, with the help of which proposals were formed regarding the development of the motivation system at the enterprise. Conclusions. The scientific value of this work consists of a set of results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the essence of motivation was investigated: theoretical aspects of the relationship between motivation and tourism; types and levels of motivation were studied; problems of motivation of employees of the travel company were revealed; modern theories of motivation are analyzed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
