З мети випливають і конкретні завдання, які необхідно розв’язати: – визначити сутність управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю; – описати види, принципи, та методи зовнішньоекономічної діяльності; – вивчити організацію зовнішньоекономічної діяльності на підприємстві; – визначити технологію укладення зовнішньоторговельного контракту; – охарактеризувати механізм розрахунків у зовнішньоторговельних операціях; – визначити ризики, пов’язані із зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю та способи їх страхування; – здійснити загальний аналіз об’єкту дослідження та спеціальний аналіз зовнішньоекономічної діяльності на підприємстві; – розрахувати ефект від запровадження заходів. Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи виступає ефективність управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю на приватному акціонерному товаристві «Інтелс».
