Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління (менеджменту) галуззю рослинництва сільськогосподарського підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних i практичних засад ефективного менеджменту в рослинництві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи: систематизовано теоретичні основи особливостей функціонування галузі рослинництва; розвинуто теоретико методичні положення щодо організації та управління галуззю рослинництва сільськогосподарського підприємства; розроблено пропозиції з запровадження системи оцінки якості менеджменту на підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розглянуто розглянути роль галузі рослинництва в аграрному секторі економіки; визначено особливості організації управління та її пливу на розвиток галузі рослинництва У другому розділі виконано оцінку системи господарювання та менеджменту підприємства, а саме: розглянуто організаційно-економічну характеристику, виконано аналіз забезпеченості ресурсами, проведено оцінку організації рівня виробництва та економічної ефективності основних видів продукції рослинництва; розроблено напрями щодо удосконалення менеджменту в галузі рослинництва сільськогосподарського підприємства. Використання інноваційних технологій в рослинництві забезпечує прогресивний розвиток сільського господарства, сприяє залученню інвестицій, зміцненню економічної та технологічної безпеки. The main purpose of the qualification work is to provide substantiation of directions for improving the management of the crop production sector of an agricultural enterprise. The object of research is the process of management of the crop production sector of an agricultural enterprise. The subject of research is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of effective management in crop production. Scientific novelty of the work: theoretical foundations of the peculiarities of the crop production industry functioning are systematized; theoretical and methodological provisions for the organization and management of the crop production industry of an agricultural enterprise are developed; proposals for the introduction of a system for assessing the quality of management at the enterprise are developed. In the qualification work: In the first section, the role of the crop production industry in the agricultural sector of the economy is considered; the peculiarities of the organization of management and its impact on the development of the crop production industry are determined. In the second section, the assessment of the management system and management of the enterprise is carried out, namely: the organizational and economic characteristics are considered, the analysis of resource availability is carried out, the organization of the level of production and economic efficiency of the main types of crop production is assessed; directions for improving management in the field of crop production of an agricultural enterprise are developed. Conclusions: The development of the crop production industry has peculiarities that must be taken into account when building and organizing the functioning of the management system. The introduction of a management quality assessment system at the enterprise will allow the management to clearly formulate goals, thereby promptly correcting all processes occurring on the farm and possibly reaching the European level of doing business over time. The use of innovative technologies in crop production ensures the progressive development of agriculture, helps to attract investment, and strengthen economic and technological security.
