Об’єкт дослідження: туристичне підприємство, що займається наданням послуг у сфері туризму, а предметом дослідження - екологічний менеджмент, який включає в себе систему організаційних, технічних та економічних заходів для забезпечення сталого використання ресурсів та збереження навколишнього середовища. Теоретичною та методологічною основою для дослідження даної теми є концепції сталого розвитку, екологічного менеджменту, корпоративної соціальної відповідальності та нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють діяльність туристичних підприємств у сфері охорони навколишнього середовища. Для проведення аналізу використовуються методи збору та аналізу статистичних даних, документальних джерел, анкетування, спостереження та інтерв'ювання працівників туристичного підприємства. The purpose of the work: the study and implementation of environmental management at a tourist enterprise in order to reduce the negative impact of its activities on the natural environment and improve the sustainability of its functioning. The object of the study: a tourist enterprise engaged in the provision of services in the field of tourism, and the subject of the study is environmental management, which includes a system of organizational, technical and economic measures to ensure sustainable use of resources and preservation of the environment. Concepts of sustainable development, environmental management, corporate social responsibility and legal acts regulating the activities of tourist enterprises in the field of environmental protection are the theoretical and methodological basis for the study of this topic.
