Предметом вивчення стратегічного потенціалу приватного підприємства являється аналіз виробничих і економічних результатів, фінансового стану, результатів соціального розвитку і використання трудових ресурсів, стану і використання основних фондів, витрат на виробництво і реалізацію продукції ( робіт, послуг), оцінку ефективності. Об`єктом дослідження є система діагностики потенціалу підприємства. Теоретичну та методологічну основу дослідження становлять наукові праці закордонних та вітчизняних вчених з даної проблеми, законодавчі та нормативні акти України. У процесі дослідження використовувались загальнонаукові методи аналізу та сінтезу, порівняння; економіко-статистичні методи збору та обробки інформації середніх і відносних величин, вибірковий, групування; економіко-математичні методи The purpose of the study of the strategic potential of the enterprise is to increase the efficiency of its work on the basis of a systematic study of all types of activity and generalization of its results; definition, overcoming and prevention of crisis phenomena at the enterprise. The subject of studying the strategic potential of a private enterprise is the analysis of production and economic results, financial condition, results of social development and use of labor resources, condition and use of fixed assets, costs for production and sale of products (works, services), evaluation of efficiency. The object of the research is the system of diagnostics of the company's potential. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists on this problem, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine.
