Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку компанії. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до формування та реалізації стратегії сталого розвитку ТОВ «Нова Пошта». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі всебічно вивчено сутність поняття «сталий розвиток»; систематизовано низку наукових підходів щодо визначення сутності поняття «стратегія сталого розвитку підприємства». У другому розділі складено організаційно-управлінську характеристику ТОВ «Нова Пошта»; проаналізовано реалізацію стратегії сталого розвитку компанії; розроблено напрями сталого розвитку ТОВ «Нова Пошта». The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is to develop theoretical and practical provisions regarding the formation and implementation of the company's sustainable development strategy. The object of the study is the process of formation and implementation of the company's sustainable development strategy. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the formation and implementation of the sustainable development strategy of Nova Poshta LLC. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the essence of the concept of "sustainable development" is comprehensively studied; a number of scientific approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "strategy of sustainable development of the enterprise" are systematized.
