З’ясовано економічну сутність, функції та роль пайових цінних паперів як інструментів ринку капіталу та фондового ринку. Надано класифікацію та характеристику основних видів акцій. Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку фондового ринку України. Обґрунтовано принципи та визначено основні методи та напрями державного регулювання фондового ринку та ринку пайових цінних паперів в Україні. Розглянуто методичні аспекти фінансового аналізу пайових інструментів фондового ринку за сукупністю показників. Проаналізовано динаміку дохідності та ринкового курсу акцій декількох публічних акціонерних товариств. Оцінено ефективність операцій емітентів та інвесторів з акціями на фондовому ринку. Надано фінансову оцінку інвестиційної привабливості акцій публічних акціонерних товариств-емітентів. Розглянуто підходи до рейтингової оцінки акцій. Оцінено ринкову вартість капіталу акціонерного товариства. Розглянуто методичні аспекти формування портфелю пайових цінних паперів інвестора. Визначено чинники, що впливають на підвищення ефективності інвестиційних операцій з акціями та їх інвестиційної привабливості на фондовому ринку України. Theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of an estimation of share tools of the share market are proved. The economic essence, functions and a role of share securities as tools of the market of the capital and share market is found out. Classification and the characteristic of principal views of actions is given. It is analysed tendencies of development of the share market of Ukraine. Principles are proved and the basic methods and directions of state regulation of the share market and the market of share securities in Ukraine are defined. Methodical aspects of the financial analysis of share tools of the share market on set of indicators are considered. It is analysed dynamics of profitableness and a market rate of actions of several public joint-stock companies. Efficiency of operations of emitters and investors with actions in the share market is estimated. The financial estimation of investment appeal of actions of public joint-stock societies-emitters is given. Approaches to a rating estimation of actions are considered. Market cost of the capital of joint-stock company is estimated. Methodical aspects of formation to a portfolio of share securities of the investor are considered.
