Обґрунтовано особливості стратегій функціонування та розвитку готельних підприємств і умовах змінного ринкового середовища. Проаналізовано галузеві та регіональні особливості готельного бізнесу в Україні, вплив туризму на функціонування готельного бізнесу. Досліджено вплив війни на зміни у стратегії функціонування індустрії готельного бізнесу. Запропоновано можливі доцільні вектори активізації та підвищення ефективності функціонування готельних підприємств. Обґрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети функціонування готельного бізнесу у повоєнній економіці. The research examines the theoretical and applied aspects of the strategic development of hotel business enterprises in the conditions of a market-oriented economy. The scientific concepts and approaches to the strategies of hotel enterprises, the essence and peculiarities of the formation and implementation of strategies are summarized. The peculiarities of the operation and development strategies of hotel enterprises and the conditions of the changing market environment are substantiated. The sectoral and regional features of the hotel business in Ukraine, the influence of tourism on the functioning of the hotel business, are analyzed. The impact of the war on changes in the operation strategy of the hotel business industry has been studied. Possible expedient vectors of activation and improvement of the efficiency of operation of hotel enterprises are proposed.
