Постійно, зростаючий попит на водні ресурси та неконтрольоване використання води призводять до погіршення якості водного середовища, що в свою чергу має значний негативний вплив на здоров'я людей. Харківська область є одним з найбільших регіонів України за площею та чисельністю населення. Проте, водні ресурси регіону вкрай обмежені, втричі менші за середні по країні і майже у вісім разів – без урахування транзитного стоку, а їхня частка в загальних водних ресурсах України в середньому становить лише 1,8%, знижуючись до 0,99% у маловодний сезон. Річкова вода забруднюється відходами промислових підприємств Харківської промислової зони. З іншого боку, вода з досліджуваної річки Уди використовується для зрошення 2 500 га сільськогосподарських угідь у Дергачівському, Харківському та Чугуївському районах. В таких умовах раціональне використання водних ресурсів вимагає цілісного аналізу взаємозв'язків всіх компонентів ландшафтно-географічної системи. Для зменшення рівня забруднення водних об’єктів в першу чергу необхідним є моніторинг екологічного стану поверхневих вод і проведення їхньої екологічної оцінки. Today, all over the world, and in Ukraine in particular, there are many problems in the field of protection, restoration and rational use of water resources. Constantly growing demand for water resources and uncontrolled use of water lead to the deterioration of the quality of the water environment, which in turn has a significant negative impact on people's health. Kharkiv region is one of the largest regions of Ukraine in terms of area and population. However, the water resources of the region are extremely limited, three times less than the average for the country and almost eight times – without taking into account the transit runoff, and their share in the total water resources of Ukraine is on average only 1.8%, decreasing to 0.99% in low-water season. River water is polluted by waste from industrial enterprises of the Kharkiv industrial zone. On the other hand, water from the studied Uda River is used to irrigate 2,500 hectares of agricultural land in Dergachyv, Kharkiv and Chuguyiv districts. In such conditions, the rational use of water resources requires a holistic analysis of the interrelationships of all components of the landscape-geographical system. To reduce the level of pollution of water bodies, it is first of all necessary to monitor the ecological state of surface waters and carry out their ecological assessment. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
