Декоративні гризуни сприйнятливі до захворювань різної етіології, і основні з них – це інфекційні хвороби. За даними наукової літератури та інформації від практикуючих лікарів ветеринарної медицини останній період провідне місце серед них займають шкірні захворювання, які від загальної кількості реєстрацій складають від 5 до 35%. Не виключенням є і м. Лозова Харківської області, де попит на утримання декоративних гризунів зростає, а значить і рівень шкірних патологій у таких тварин підвищений. Дуже часто цьому сприяють порушення норм та правил утримання тварин через необізнаність їх власників. Серед захворювань шкіри у декоративних гризунів саме дерматофітози займають провідне місце в патології шкірного покриву. Трихофітія, як один із основних дематофітозів, є однією із серйозних як серед ветеринарних, так і медико – соціальних проблем, тому і залишається в центрі уваги і ветеринарних фахівців, і дерматовенерологів. Епідемічна ситуація щодо дерматофітозів у населення залишається достатньо напруженою, так як зараження людей відбувається в результаті тісного контакту з хворими тваринами. Актуальність теми полягає у вивченні інфекційних хвороб шкіри декоративних гризунів у зв’язку зі значною поширеністю, різноманітністю і складністю дерматологічних проблем, які можуть бути актуальними для здоров’я людини. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – проаналізувати клініко епізоотологічні дані дерматомікозів у різних видів декоративних гризунів та визначитися з оптимальними лікувальними засобами для хворих тварин. Завдання: дослідити ступінь поширення дерматофітозів серед декоративних гризунів у м. Лозова Харківської області; вивчити клінічні діагностичні ознаки мікроспорії та трихофітії серед декоративних гризунів у зоні обслуговування ПВК ФОП Зайцевої Д.А. «Поліклініка кота Леопольда»; запропонувати ефективну схему лікування дерматофітозів у декоративних гризунів в умовах ветеринарної клініки. Об’єкт дослідження: дерматофітози декоративних гризунів. Предмет дослідження: епізоотичний стан, особливості діагностики, лікувально-профілактичні заходи за дерматомікозів декоративних гризунів. Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів. Досліджено, що у зоні діяльності приватної ветеринарної клініки ФОП Зайцевої Д.А. «Поліклініка кота Леопольда» (м. Лозова Харківської області) інфекційні захворювання шкіри у декоративних гризунів реєструються на рівні 54,0 %. Необхідно констатувати, що провідною інфекційною патологією шкірного покриву у мурчаків була трихофітія, яка реєструвалася на рівні 58,0% – 63,5%. Домінуючим дерматомікозом у декоративних кроликів була мікроспорія на рівні 81,1% - 86,2%. Встановлено, що захворюваність тварин на дерматофітози зростала в осінній період, зимово – весняний зі спадом у весняно-літній період року. Доведено, що вікові особливості захворюваності декоративних гризунів на дерматомікози визначалися серед молодих тварин. Зазначено, що клінічні ознаки дерматомікозів реєструвалися у вигляді поверхневих форм (54,0 %), атипових (стертих) – 18,0 %, глибоких форм – 28,0 %. У лікувальній тактиці за дерматофітозів декоративних гризунів застосовували комплексний метод і поєднували елементи місцевої обробки та загальної терапії. Запропоновано власникам тварин з ослабленою резистентністю з профілактичною метою застосовувати ефективні вітамінно – мінеральні комплекси. З метою мінімізації накопичення збудників дерматофітозів у місцях утримання та занесення їх із зовнішнього середовища регулярно проводити механічне очищення та дезінфекцію. У зв’язку із небезпекою зараження людей ветеринарним фахівцям проводити роз’яснювальну роботу щодо недопущення прямого контакту людей і, особливо, дітей з підозрілими на захворювання тваринами. Апробація. Результати досліджень прийняті до впровадження у практичну діяльність приватної ветеринарної клініки «Поліклініка кота Леопольда» у м. Лозова Харківської області. Relevance of the topic of the qualification work. Decorative rodents are susceptible to diseases of various etiologies, and the main ones are infectious diseases. According to the scientific literature and information from veterinary medicine practitioners, the leading place among them is recently occupied by skin diseases, which make up from 5 to 35% of the total number of registrations. The city of Lozova, Kharkiv region, is no exception, where the demand for keeping decorative rodents is increasing, which means that the level of skin pathologies in such animals is also increased. Very often this is facilitated by violations of the norms and rules of keeping animals due to the ignorance of their owners. Among skin diseases in decorative rodents, dermatophytoses occupy a leading place in the pathology of the skin. Trichophytosis, as one of the main dematophytoses, is one of the serious both among veterinary and medico-social problems, which is why it remains in the center of attention of both veterinary specialists and dermatovenerologists. The epidemic situation regarding dermatophytoses in the population remains rather tense, as human infection occurs as a result of close contact with sick animals. The relevance of the topic lies in the study of infectious diseases of the skin of decorative rodents in connection with the significant prevalence, variety and complexity of dermatological problems that may be relevant for human health. The purpose of the qualification work to analyze the clinical and epizootological data of dermatomycosis in various species of ornamental rodents and to determine the optimal treatment means for sick animals. Task: to investigate the degree of spread of dermatophytosis among decorative rodents in the city of Lozova, Kharkiv region; to study the clinical diagnostic signs of microsporia and trichophytosis among decorative rodents in the service area of the PVC of the IE Zaytseva D.A. "Polyclinic of the cat Leopold"; to propose an effective scheme for the treatment of dermatophytosis in ornamental rodents in the conditions of a veterinary clinic. The object of research: dermatophytoses of decorative rodents. Subject of research: epizootic condition, diagnostic features, therapeutic and preventive measures for dermatomycosis of ornamental rodents. Theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results. It was investigated that in the area of activity of the private veterinary clinic of the IE Zaitseva D.A. "Leopold's Cat Polyclinic" (Lozova, Kharkiv Region) infectious skin diseases in decorative rodents are registered at the level of 54.0%. It is necessary to state that the leading infectious pathology of the skin in ants was trichophytosis, which was registered at the level of 58.0% - 63.5%. The dominant dermatomycosis in decorative rabbits was microsporia at the level of 81.1% - 86.2%. It was established that the incidence of dermatophytosis in animals increased in the autumn period, in winter and spring, with a decrease in the spring and summer period of the year. It has been proven that the age-related features of the incidence of dermatomycosis in decorative rodents were determined among young animals. It is noted that clinical signs of dermatomycosis were registered in the form of superficial forms (54.0%), atypical (erased) – 18.0%, deep forms – 28.0%. In the treatment tactics for dermatophytosis of decorative rodents, a complex method was used and elements of local treatment and general therapy were combined. Owners of animals with weakened resistance are suggested to use effective vitamin-mineral complexes as a preventive measure. In order to minimize the accumulation of pathogens of dermatophytosis in places of detention and their introduction from the outside environment, regular mechanical cleaning and disinfection should be carried out. Due to the danger of human infection, veterinary specialists should carry out educational work on preventing direct contact of people and, especially, children with animals suspected of having the disease.
