У сучасному світі тема отруєнь тварин є дуже актуальною, адже тварини можуть зазнавати впливу тисячі потенційних токсинів. В той же час всього близько 20 специфічних антидотів, що можуть бути використані при отруєннях на практиці. У ветеринарії діагностика і лікування отруєнь ускладнюється внаслідок видової різноманітності об’єктів впливу, а також різноманітних ознак отруєнь. Поряд із тим негативний вплив на організм можуть проявляти не тільки токсини, а також і лікарські речовини внаслідок помилкового, необґрунтованого чи спрямованого їхнього використання, що призводить до шкідливої дії. Виходячи із означено пропонується в умовах клініки ветеринарної медицини проаналізувати частоту виникнення отруєнь дрібних домашніх тварин лікарськими речовинами при їх помилковому чи необґрунтованому призначенні власниками тварин та встановити їх причини, а також розробити діагностичні критерії та алгоритми лікування дрібних домашніх тварин за отруєнь лікарськими препаратами. 7 Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є оцінка частоти виникнення отруєнь тварин, встановлення основних причини їх виникнення, а також виділення діагностичних критеріїв та схем лікування дрібних домашніх тварин за отруєнь різними лікарськими речовинами. Завданнями даної магістерської роботи є: - аналіз ступіня поширення отруєнь лікарськими речовинами у дрібних домашніх тварин за результатами роботи клініки ветеринарної медицини «Бат Ям любить тварин»; - встановлення найбільш поширеної групи лікарських препаратів та окремих лікарських речовин, отруєння якими частіше відмічають у домашніх тварин, та встановити основні етіологічні чинники отруєнь; - проведення клінічних та біохімічних дослідженнь для визначення основних діагностичних критеріїв за токсичного впливу на тварин різних лікарських речовин; - залежно від ступеня розвитку інтоксикації та органотропного впливу конкретних лікарських речовин запропонувати схеми лікування тварин та перевірити їх клінічну ефективність. Об`єкт доcлiдження – лікарські препарати різних фармакологічних груп та домашні тварин, власники яких зверталися у клініку ветеринарної медицини з приводу отруєнь після передозування лікарських препаратів Предмет доcлiдження – чинники, які впливають на прояв токсичної дії лікарських препаратів на домашніх тварин, критерії диференційної діагностики за дії лікарських речовин різних фармакологічних груп та різної хімічної будови, ефективність запропонованих заходів та засобів лікування домашніх тварин за їх отруєння лікарськими препаратами. Матеріали і методи доcлiдження. Для вирішення поставлених завдань було використано загальні клінічні методи досліджень (термометрія, пальпація, огляд, аускультація); спеціальні клінічні методи досліджень (УЗД та рентгенологічні дослідження); біохімічні дослідження (біохімічний аналіз крові); статистичні. Actuality of theme. In today's world, the topic of animal poisoning is very relevant, because animals can be exposed to thousands of potential toxins. At the same time, there are only about 20 specific antidotes that can be used for poisoning in practice. In veterinary medicine, the diagnosis and treatment of poisoning is complicated due to the species diversity of the objects of influence, as well as various signs of poisoning. At the same time, not only toxins can have a negative impact on the body, but also medicinal substances due to their erroneous, unjustified or directed use, which leads to a harmful effect. Based on the above, it is proposed to analyze the frequency of poisoning of small domestic animals with medicinal substances when they are mistakenly or unjustifiably prescribed by animal owners and to establish their causes, as well as to develop diagnostic criteria and algorithms for the treatment of small domestic animals for poisoning with medicinal substances in the conditions of the veterinary medicine clinic. The purpose of the qualification work is to assess the frequency of animal poisonings, to establish the main causes of their occurrence, as well as to identify 9 diagnostic criteria and treatment schemes for small domestic animals for poisoning by various medicinal substances. The tasks of this master's thesis are: - analysis of the extent of drug poisoning in small domestic animals based on the results of the work of the "Bat Yam Loves Animals" veterinary medicine clinic; to establish the most common group of medicinal preparations and certain medicinal substances, poisoning with which is more often noted in domestic animals, and to establish the main etiological factors of poisoning; - conducting clinical and biochemical studies to determine the main diagnostic criteria for the toxic effect on animals of various medicinal substances; - depending on the degree of development of intoxication and the organotropic effect of specific medicinal substances, propose treatment schemes for animals and check their clinical effectiveness. The object of the study is drugs of various pharmacological groups and pets, the owners of which applied to the clinic of veterinary medicine for poisoning after an overdose of drugs The subject of the study is the factors that affect the manifestation of the toxic effect of drugs on domestic animals, the criteria of differential diagnosis for the effects of drugs of different pharmacological groups and different chemical structures, the effectiveness of the proposed measures and means of treatment of domestic animals for their poisoning by drugs.
