Об’єктом дослідження є підвищення ефективності управління галуззю рослинництва. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, аналітико-дослідницькі та рекомендаційні аспекти проблеми вдосконалення управління ефективністю галузі рослинництва в Україні. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у полягає у розробці та обґрунтування теоретичних положень, методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій до процесу управління ефективністю виробництва та збуту продукції рослинництва в аграрних підприємствах. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі автором розглянуті теоретичні та методичні аспекти ефективності діяльності підприємства, фактори впливу на неї та методи і показники її оцінювання. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан галуззі рослинництва, ефективність управління галуззю рослинництва використовуючи ШІ (штучний інтелект) та перспективи його використання для підвищення ефективності виробничо збутової діяльності підприємства. Висновки, розглянуті та рекомендовані підходи та технології для підвищення ефективності управління галуззю рослинництва в Україні The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is the identification of prospects for improving the management of the efficiency of the crop production industry and the identification of ways to increase it in Ukraine. The object of research is an increase in the efficiency of plant production management. The subject of research is there are theoretical, analytical-research and recommendation aspects of the problem of improving the management of the efficiency of the crop production industry in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the development and substantiation of theoretical provisions, methodical approaches and practical recommendations for the process of managing the efficiency of production and sales of plant products in agricultural enterprises. In the qualifying master's thesis: In the first section, the author considered the theoretical and methodical aspects of the efficiency of the enterprise, the factors affecting it, and the methods and indicators of its evaluation. In the second section, the state of the crop production industry, the effectiveness of managing the crop production industry using AI (artificial intelligence) and the prospects for its use to increase the efficiency of the enterprise's production and sales activities are analyzed.
