Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ефективною підсобною промисловою діяльністю у сільськогосподарському підприємстві у сучасних умовах господарювання. Предметом дослідження є техніко-технологічні та організаційно-економічні основи управління виробництвом соняшникової олії у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретико методологічному обґрунтуванні і розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо управління окремим видом підсобної промислової діяльності у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління виробництвом, переробкою та формуванням ринку рослинної олійної сировини та продуктів її переробки. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ПСП «Дружба» та опрацьовуються управлінські, організаційні та технологічні основи ефективного виробництва соняшникової олії у ньому. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The main goal of the qualification work is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations for managing the effective production of vegetable oil in an agricultural enterprise in conditions of an unstable external environment. The object of the research is the process of managing effective auxiliary industrial activity in an agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The subject of the research is the technical, technological and organizational and economic basis of managing the production of sunflower oil in an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the complex theoretical and methodological justification and the development of practical recommendations for the management of a separate type of auxiliary industrial activity in the agricultural enterprise. In the qualifying master’s thesis: The first chapter elaborates the theoretical bases of management of production, processing and market formation of vegetable oil raw materials and products of their processing. In the second chapter, the organizational and economic characteristics of the «Druzhba» PSP are carried out and the managerial, organizational and technological foundations of the efficient production of sunflower oil in it are worked out.The сonclusions contain theoretical generalizations, conclusions and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
