Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації і удосконалення управління стратегічним потенціалом аграрних підприємств . Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи та практичні рекомендації з організації і удосконалення управління стратегічним потенціалом аграрних підприємств в сучасних умовах господарювання. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у обґрунтуванні заходів щодо ефективної організації виробництва в сільськогосподарському підприємстві та визначення шляхів подальшого удосконалення управління стратегічним потенціалом аграрного підприємства - СТОВ «Надія» Сахновщинського району Харківської області. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи організації та стратегічного управління стратегічним потенціалом аграрного підприємства. У другому розділі досліджено і проаналізовано стан організації виробництва і менеджменту в СТОВ «Надія» Сахновщинського району Харківської області. У третьому розділі визначено і обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення системи управляння стратегічним потенціалом аграрного підприємства. Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the development of scientific and methodological principles regarding the organization of production in an agricultural enterprise and the determination of ways to improve the management of the strategic potential of agricultural enterprises (on the example of the "Nadia" STOV of Sakhnovshchyna District, Kharkiv Region). The object of research is the process of organizing and improving the management of the strategic potential of agricultural enterprises. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the organization and improvement of management of the strategic potential of agricultural enterprises in modern business conditions. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the justification of measures for the effective organization of production in the agricultural enterprise and the determination of ways to further improve the management of the strategic potential of the agricultural enterprise - STOV "Nadia" of the Sakhnovshchyna district of the Kharkiv region. In the qualification (master's) work: The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the organization and strategic management of the strategic potential of an agricultural enterprise. In the second chapter, the state of the organization of production and management in the "Nadia" gas station of Sakhnovshchyna district of Kharkiv region was investigated and analyzed. In the third section, directions for improving the system of managing the strategic potential of an agrarian enterprise are defined and substantiated. Conclusions.
