Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення операційної діяльності тор говельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні підходи управління опе раційною діяльністю торговельного підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у систематизації науково практичних підходів щодо управління операційною діяльністю торговельного підприємства. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи управління операційною діяльністю, а саме уточнено сутність та особливості опе раційної діяльності в торговельному підприємстві, підходи до управління опера ційною системою підприємства; у другому розділі надано організаційно-еконо мічну характеристику операційної системи торговельного підприємства, вивчено методичні аспекти удосконалення управління операційною системою підприєм ства, обґрунтовано алгоритм управління формуванням ефективністю операційної діяльності торговельного підприємства на основі синтезу аналізу, контролю та планування. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The main goal of the qualification work is the theoretical justification and development of recommendations for improving the management of the operational activities of a trading enterprise under modern business conditions. The object of the study is the process of improving the operational activity of a trading enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodical approaches to managing the operational activities of a trading enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the systematization of scientific and practical approaches to the management of the operational activities of a trading enterprise. In the qualification work: the first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of operational activity management, namely the essence and features of operational activity in a trade enterprise, approaches to managing the enterprise's operational system; in the second chapter, the organizational and economic characteristics of the operating system of a trading enterprise are provided, the methodological aspects of improving the management of the operating system of the enterprise are studied, the management algorithm for the formation of the operational efficiency of the trading enterprise is substantiated based on the synthesis of analysis, control and planning.
