З’ясовано економічну сутність реальних інвестицій та надано класифікацію їх основних форм та видів за багатокритеріальним підходом. Розглянуто принципи та етапи формування інвестиційної політики та діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано вплив державного регулювання на динаміку та ефективність внутрішніх інвестицій суб’єктів господарювання та залучення зовнішніх інвестицій. Проаналізовано ефективність реальних інвестицій підприємства протягом визначеного періоду за сукупністю показників. Надано оцінку дохідності та ризику альтернативних інвестиційних проектів. Виявлено резерви підвищення ефективності реального інвестування підприємства. Надано пропозиції щодо формування стратегії інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. Запропоновано методику удосконалення бізнес-планування реальних інвестиційних проектів. Theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of real investments of the enterprise and the mechanism of formation of its investment policy are proved. The economic essence of real investments is found out and classification of their basic forms and kinds for the approach is given. Principles and stages of formation of an investment policy and enterprise activity are considered. State regulation influence on dynamics and efficiency of internal investments of subjects of managing and attraction of external investments is analysed. Efficiency of real investments of the enterprise throughout the certain period on set of indicators is analysed. The estimation of profitableness and risk of alternative investment projects is given. Reserves of increase of efficiency of real investment of the enterprise are revealed. It is given offers concerning formation of strategy of investment activity of the enterprise.
