Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення системи управління персона лом торговельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні підходи до розвитку сис тем управління персоналом торговельного підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у систематизації науково-прак тичних підходів щодо використання персоналу торговельного підприємства. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретико-методичні основи використання трудових ресурсів, саме сутність та підходи до оцінки ефек тивності використання трудових ресурсів, встановлено, що з позиції підприємства трудові ресурси розглядаються як персонал, визначено особливості використання персоналу торговельного підприємства; у другому розділі надано організаційно економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства, проаналізовано ефектив ність використання персоналу, на основі отриманих результатів обґрунтовано реко мендації, щодо критеріїв оцінки діяльності управлінського персоналу та запропо новано заходи по впровадженню сучасних методів і принципів управління персо налом підприємства для підвищення ефективності його використання. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опра цьовані в основній частині роботи The main goal of the qualification work is theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for improving the use of labor resources of a trade enterprise. The object of the study is the process of improving the personnel management system of a trade enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodical approaches to the development of personnel management systems of a trade enterprise. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in the systematization of scientific and practical approaches to the use of personnel of a trading enterprise. In the qualification work: in the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of labor resources, the essence and approaches to the evaluation of the efficiency of the use of labor resources are considered, it is established that from the point of view of the enterprise, labor resources are considered as personnel, the peculiarities of the use of personnel of a trading enterprise are determined; in the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the trading enterprise are given, the efficiency of personnel use is analyzed, recommendations are substantiated based on the results obtained, regarding the criteria for evaluating the performance of management personnel, and measures are proposed to implement modern methods and principles of personnel management of the enterprise to increase the efficiency of its use.
