Об’єктом дослідження є управління розвитком виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає в обґрунтуванні теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних рекомендацій щодо формування механізму розвитку виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств. Наукова новизна найважливіших результатів дослідження полягає у наступному: удосконалено процедури планування розвитку виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств через здійснення інноваційних товарних та технологічних зрушень з метою створення стійких конкурентних переваг підприємства. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі визначено теоретичні засади формування та розвитку виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз тенденцій формування та розвитку виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств. У третьому розділі здійснено визначення напрямів розвитку виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств. Висновки. Результати аналітичних досліджень дозволили визначити закономірності змін у матеріально-технічному забезпеченні аграрних підприємств у відповідності зі зрушеннями в їх товарній спеціалізації. Визначено напрями раціоналізації організаційно-економічного механізму управління розвитком виробничого потенціалу аграрних підприємств. Вказані напрями базуються на чіткому відокремленні механізмів розвитку та механізмів управління, а також передбачають обґрунтування відповідних управлінських рішень шляхом оцінки ефективності мобілізації можливостей підприємства щодо виробництва продукції. В свою чергу, відокремлення вказаних механізмів здійснюється за суб’єктними та інструментальними ознаками, адже їх дія стосується різних процесів. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological principles and applied recommendations for managing the development of the production potential of agrarian enterprises. The object of the study is the management of the development of the production potential of agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological principles and applied recommendations regarding the formation of the mechanism for the development of the production potential of agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty of the most important results of the study is as follows: the procedures for planning the development of the production potential of agricultural enterprises have been improved through the implementation of innovative product and technological shifts in order to create sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise. In the qualification (master's) thesis: In the first chapter, the theoretical principles of the formation and development of the production potential of agrarian enterprises are determined. In the second chapter, an analysis of the trends in the formation and development of the production potential of agrarian enterprises was carried out. In the third chapter, directions for the development of the production potential of agrarian enterprises are defined. Conclusions. The results of analytical research allowed to determine the patterns of changes in the material and technical support of agricultural enterprises in accordance with shifts in their product specialization. The directions of rationalization of the organizational and economic management mechanism for the development of the production potential of agrarian enterprises have been determined. The indicated directions are based on a clear separation of development mechanisms and management mechanisms, and also provide for the justification of relevant management decisions by evaluating the effectiveness of mobilizing the enterprise's capabilities for production.
