Теоретичне та практичне значення одержаних результатів роботи полягає у розробці теоретичних положень, удосконаленні методичного інструментарію, наданих висновків та рекомендацій, які дозволять підвищити ефективність управління та рентабельність інвестиційної діяльності підприємств завдяки запропонованому в роботі механізму нейтралізації, мінімізації, диверсифікації та хеджування фінансово-інвестиційних ризиків. The economic essence and features of investments and investment activity is proved; it is defined preconditions of occurrence of risks in a control system of financial and economic activity of the enterprise; the economic essence of financially-investment risks is found out, is given their classification and the characteristic; factors which cause risks of investment activity of the enterprise are considered; проаналізувано forms and methods of state regulation of investment activity of subjects of managing for the purpose of influence on investment risks; the existing technique of the investment analysis of real investments and an estimation of their efficiency, an estimation of degree of risk and investment appeal is considered; it is made the analysis of dynamics and structure of sources of financing of investments and the estimation of efficiency of investment activity of the enterprise is given; The comparative estimation of indicators of level of financially-investment risks behind competitive real investment projects is given; criteria and indicators of an estimation are systematised and the management mechanism is improved by investment risks; strategy of management by risks of financially-investment activity of the enterprise for the purpose of their neutralisation and minimisation is developed; it is given offers on improvement of a technique of an estimation of probable level of overall risk and actions for its possible minimisation taking into account stages of life cycle of the investment project of the enterprise are offered.
