Об’єктом дослідження є організація системи стратегічного управління розвитком підприємства ДП «ДГ «Пантелеймонівське» НААНУ». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних і методичних розробок, пов’язаних з особливостями організації системи сільськогосподарського виробництва та визначення шляхів удосконалення стратегічного управління (на прикладі ДП «ДГ «Пантелеймонівське» НААНУ»). Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у визначенні шляхів удосконалення системи стратегічного управління розвитком підприємствами галузі АПК ( на прикладі ДП «ДГ «Пантелеймонівське» НААНУ»). У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи організації стратегічного управління розвитком підприємств агропромислового комплексу. У другому розділі наведено результати аналізу організаційно-економічної характеристики державного підприємства «Дослідне господарство «ПАНТЕЛЕЙМОНІВСЬКЕ» НААН України Великобурлукського району Харківської області. У третьому розділі визначено і обґрунтовано шляхи удосконалення механізму стратегічного управління в ДП «ДГ «ПАНТЕЛЕЙМОНІВСЬКЕ» НААНУ». Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: обґрунтовано значення і механізм стратегічного управління підприємством і особливості його реалізації сільськогосподарськими підприємствами. The main goal of the qualification (master's) work is the development of scientific and methodological principles for the organization of effective strategic management of the development of the enterprise in modern conditions. The object of the research is the organization of the system of strategic management of the development of the enterprise of the SE "DG Panteleimonivske NAASU". The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological developments related to the peculiarities of the organization of the agricultural production system and the determination of ways to improve strategic management (on the example of the State Enterprise "DG Panteleimonivske" of the National Academy of Sciences). The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the determination of ways to improve the system of strategic management of the development of enterprises in the agricultural sector (on the example of the State Enterprise "DG Panteleimonivske" of the National Academy of Sciences). In the qualification (master's) work: The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the organization of strategic management of the development of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. The second chapter presents the results of the analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics of the state enterprise "PANTELEYMONIVSKE Research Farm" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine of the Velikoburluk district of the Kharkiv region. In the third chapter, the ways of improving the mechanism of strategic management in the SE "DG "PANTELEYMONIVSKE" NAAU" are defined and substantiated. Conclusions. The scientific value of this work is a set of results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the meaning and mechanism of strategic management of the enterprise and the peculiarities of its implementation by agricultural enterprises are substantiated.
